Overfilling

Everything has to sit level with the top rail. That is not us being awkward: a skip heaped above the rail cannot be sheeted, and an unsheeted load is not legal on the road. If we arrive and it is over, we cannot lift it until it comes back down, so if you are between two sizes take the bigger one.
